Short-timer is the third episode of the Netflix series Aggretsuko.

"Retsuko loses the will to tackle the daily grind after Puko asks her to join a new business venture. A fed up Retsuko talks back to her supervisor."
Summary[]
A reporter is doing interviews in Shibuya about annoying bosses. He accidentally finds Retsuko who tells she has a boss that unloads her work little before its time to leave. She then tells about a boss that makes fun of her for being a woman, but totally bends his back for the one that flatters him. Retsuko then snaps the microphone from the reporter and rages about her lazy boss.
In the office, Retsuko was still thinking about Puko's offer and have been smiling without realizing and making copies of her smile on the scanner. Kabae then sees her and realizes there is something that makes her happy. Having no choice, but knowing Kabae will tell everyone, Retsuko decides to tell her that after five days she finally was able to go to the toilet. Moments later in the bathroom, Fenneko already knew about Retsuko's "toilet" problem. Fenneko had see Retsuko's interview and had realized it was her, but Retsuko tries to deny it. Haida hears the rumor about Retsuko, but it got twisted and now its about Retsuko giving birth. Overhearing them having fun, Tsubone tells Retsuko that she made couple of mistakes in the paperwork. In the end Retsuko couldn't hold it and tells Tsubone if it was that important, she should have done it herself and not give it to her, which left Tsubone speechless. Later that night, Retsuko goes into karaoke and sings about her triumph.
Retsuko meets with Puko later and tells her how she talked back to her boss. Retsuko then tries to guess where Puko's store will be, but Puko explains it would be just an internet website and that they won't be getting paid well until the store turns profitable. Puko suggests Retsuko return to her parents to not pay rent. All that shatters Retsuko's dream, and in the morning, she makes copies of her sad face. Kabae then spreads rumors of Retsuko wanting to leave the company. Retsuko immediately goes to Kabae asking her to not spread that rumor and Kabae explains she only told Tsunoda as they were close according to Komiya. Retsuko gets called into Director Ton's office, where after he did some calculating, he explains they had seen her browse history and realized she plans on quitting, so now he has a new name for her, "short-timer".
