Season 4 is the fourth season of Aggretsuko. It has been confirmed by Netflix on their Twitter account on December 23rd, 2020.
It will be released sometime in 2021. Currently not much information is known except for a expected 2021 release date and a drawing to celebrate the fourth season's greenlight.
