OTMGirls is an underground idol group introduced in Season 3 of the Netflix Original series Aggretsuko. At some point in Season 3, the group was temporarily converted to a four-piece band to perform at a rock music festival Rockstock.
Retsuko first got introduced to the idol group by Hyoudou, who offers her a job as the group's accounting manager. After he discovered her death metal singing, he immediately switches her role to be a singer for the group, replacing Manaka as the lead. After Retsuko joins the group, it quickly rises in popularity. Retsuko quits the group after an Unhinged Fan attempted to murder her, but not before she performs in her last concert at Rockstock as a band. After she left, the group's popularity growth slows down. After the Unhinged Fan's actions, three bodyguards are hired for the girls's safety.
The group gets a popularity boost again after the news spread about Retsuko running for political office. They also help Retsuko at her campaign by singing their new song "反撃ウブゴエ" (Counterattack Rage).
