Headhunting is the eighth episode in Season 4 of the Netflix series Aggretsuko.

Summary[]
Due to Haida's promotion, Tsunoda starts to flirt with him. He asks Fenneko for help and Fenneko ends up saying that Haida is coming from a rich family. His parents own the building he lives and he doesn't pay rent. Hearing about more money, Tsunoda gets even more interested in Haida. As she hugs him, Fenneko takes a picture and sends her to Retsuko, while Haida fails to stop her.
Retsuko tells Tadano about Ton, and he comments it was his decision to quit. However, he says this is what the rest probably said and that Retsuko wishes to help Ton, but no one is supporting her. Tadano tells her that he is an outsider, so he isn't going to rescue him as that wouldn't be fair and it needs to be Retsuko. Tadano tells her that her abandoned Death Growl channel has 1.5 million subscribers and that's a measure of her influence.
The managing directors are flattering Himuro as the stock prices have returned to normal. But the moment they leave his office, they start to badmouth him and plot to demote him when the finances go down.
Retsuko still haven't finished Kabae's old work and Haida decides to take it and finish it himself, stating that he is reviewing and improving the work efficiency and workload. Retsuko leaves before Haida finishes talking and Fenneko states she has been acting strange lately and wonders if Haida knows anything. Meanwhile, Retsuko records another song, about her return and monetizing it to build her kingdom, causing her channel to grow to over 2 million subscribers.
Retsuko visits Ton at the convenience store, but he attempts to avoid her. He knows she is the one that ratted him out and wonders if she came to make fun of him. He keeps refusing to talk with her, but his daughters show up and ask him to talk with Retsuko. Ton agrees and Retsuko tells him she is there to recruit him. She takes him to coworking space and explains that her channel is generating ad revenue, and she plans to produce and sell original merchandise, and she will need an experienced accountant. Retsuko then gives him the golden abacus for his 30th anniversary.
Haida invites Retsuko for lunch, but she explains she has plans with Manaka. Retsuko and Manaka then visit Tadano, who gives her another advice for the growth of her channel. Haida sees that Retsuko has a new song and for a moment his old fears return. He goes to her place, but ends up seeing Retsuko getting out of Tadano's limo.
At the gym, Haida tells Himuro that replacing all at once would work better than doing small updates, but it would be more costly. Himuro then decides to end the training earlier. Haida wonders what happened and Himuro explains he has a problem that only Haida can help with.
Ton starts calling and bothering Retsuko for all the small things, always wondering if the issue is caused by a virus. He then complains that the air in the coworking space is dry and tells Retsuko to get his humidifier from the office. She sees Haida's computer is working and wonders if he is again working late. As she gets the humidifier, he peeks at his screen. Haida then returns and Retsuko panics and drops the humidifier while she hides, which then is found by Haida, making him realize someone was there.
